Group Life Coaching
Group Life Coaching is available for groups of three to eight.  Each session is 90 minutes in length and meets bi-weekly.  Groups provide an opportunity to connect with others experiencing similar challenges.  In this safe environment, we will explore new opportunities, share personal challenges, clarify issues and celebrate progress.
