By committing to uninterrupted time in the privacy of your home or office, phone coaching is just as effective as meeting in person. Without the stress associated with a commute, you have more time to get started on your goals.
Each session is usually 45 minutes in length. The minimum initial agreement is 12 weekly sessions. Results vary depending on the individual. On average it takes 12-24 sessions to begin experiencing change.
